Shipping policy

Processing Time:


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note, during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays, but we will keep you informed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We currently offer domestic shipping within Australia only.


Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on our products within Australia.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your delivery.


Shipping Address Changes:

If you need to update the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at sales@nutsy.com.au as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.


Delayed or Lost Packages:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided. If the status remains unchanged, contact us at sales@nutsy.com.au for further assistance.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@nutsy.com.au with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.


Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
